Old Town Tustin

Old Town Tustin is the city's historic center, with older homes, local restaurants and a small-town main street feel. Buyers here often find character homes on established streets, plus 1950s and 1960s single-family neighborhoods nearby.

Tustin Legacy

Tustin Legacy is being built on the former Marine Corps Air Station Tustin. It includes newer single-family homes and townhomes, parks, and shopping at The District at Tustin Legacy and The Village at Tustin Legacy. The base's World War II-era South Hangar, one of the largest wooden structures ever built, still stands as a landmark; the North Hangar was destroyed by fire in 2023, and the city continues to plan what comes next for the site.

Schools

Most of Tustin is served by the Tustin Unified School District. Always confirm the assigned schools for a specific address before you make an offer.

Getting Around

Tustin's central location is one of its biggest draws. The 5 and 55 freeways are close by, Irvine's job centers are next door, and the Tustin Metrolink station offers train service toward Los Angeles, the Inland Empire and south Orange County.
